Naturopathic Doctor

Our practice in Etobicoke is currently seeking a highly motivated IVIT-Certified Naturopathic Doctor to focus on building IV practice in our clinic, to complement our current Naturopathic Doctor and therapists.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop a treatment plan according to the patient’s individualized needs.
Administer IV therapy and injections to patients, ensuring patient comfort during treatment.
Use knowledge and skills to prescribe bioidentical hormones.
Monitor and track patient progress through regular follow-up appointments.
Commitment to superior customer service and quality treatment, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a positive and professional manner.

Requirements:

Registered and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.
Must be CONO IVIT-Certified.
Have personal liability insurance.
Strong knowledge of naturopathic principles, practices, and therapies.
Exceptional work ethic, interpersonal skills, and ability to build client rapport.

Registered Massage Therapist

Our practice in Etobicoke is currently seeking a highly motivated Registered Massage Therapist to focus on promoting overall patient well-being and providing exceptional massage therapy services, to complement our current Naturopathic Doctor and therapists.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare assessments and health history to provide individualized treatments.
Provide a thorough massage therapist consultation, assessment, and intervention to patients along with promoting optimal health and function.
Complete and maintain clinical records.
Communicate with patients and other healthcare practitioners in a professional manner.
Maintain a positive attitude, be flexible, and work effectively as a member of our team.

Requirements:

Motivated with a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Efficient and responsible record keeping skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Have personal liability insurance.

Front Desk Receptionist

Our practice in Etobicoke is currently seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Receptionist to represent our front desk and support our clinic’s operations, to complement our current Naturopathic Doctor and therapists.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Greet patients and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Efficiently manage phone calls, emails, appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written).
Coordinate and process customer payments.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Perform additional administrative tasks and functions, as required.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients and colleagues.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Must be punctual, reliable, and provide exceptional customer service.
Experience working in a front desk, health-care setting, and/or customer service-based environment (preferred).
Must provide legal validation for working in Canada.

Registered Osteopath

Our practice in Etobicoke is currently seeking a highly motivated Registered Osteopath to focus on promoting overall patient well-being and providing exceptional osteopathic services, to complement our current Naturopathic Doctor and therapists.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare assessments and health history to provide individualized treatments.
Provide thorough consultation, assessment, and intervention to patients along with promoting optimal health and function.
Knowledge of lymphatic drainage an asset.
Complete and maintain clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Communicate with patients and other healthcare practitioners in a professional manner.
Maintain a positive attitude, be flexible, and work effectively as a member of our team.

Requirements:

Motivated with a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Efficient and responsible record keeping skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Completion of an Osteopathic program from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Registered and in good standing with their association.
Have personal liability insurance.
